Remote Support Helpdesk

For just $195 (per unit, per year) you receive unlimited access to our Remote Connectivity Helpdesk during regular operating hours. You get remote assistance with any equipment or connectivity issues you may have—printers, copiers, MFP, and more. Our award-winning customer service is unparalleled in the industry. And, we can help you with issues that are not covered under your traditional hardware maintenance contract!

Don’t need unlimited access to our helpdesk? No problem! We are happy to help you in any way we can. This flexible option allows you to pay just for the assistance you need; billed in 15 minute increments.

Whichever option you chose, our remote customer support is a helpful, cost-effective, sustainable choice. By serving your needs remotely, we conserve energy and reduce our carbon footprint!

Automated Meter Collection

Lakeland makes it easy to collect and submit meter readings too. Clients can install FMAudit, a secure, free and easy-to-use software solution that captures data like meters and supply levels. Because it doesn't write to your devices or store information on specific printed documents, the software helps ensure that your confidential information stays protected.
